The Island Development Company is a Grenadian owned company with a management team with extensive international business experience. We employ a local workforce and where practical, draw upon locally based resources in the implementation of our projects. We seek to maximise our contribution to the development to the local economy of Carriacou and Grenada.

Charles is a leading international architect and designer whose work covers a wide range of disciplines and includes:

• The design and build of many prestigious private homes in the Caribbean (The Bahamas), South America (Belize), the Middle East (Saudi Arabia), Monte Carlo and Biarritz amongst others.
• The lead architect on large private houses in central London and several large country homes working closely with English Heritage.
• Close collaboration with many well-known decorators on interiors for internationally known fashion shops, offices and homes.
• Advising on choice of works of art, furniture and accessories for well-known clients.

He was a founding director of First Resort, a consultancy that advises clients on the feasibility of resort development in the Caribbean, architecturally, financially and legally.

TM Williamson are the local consulting architects to Simply Caribbean bringing a depth of local knowledge to our project.

Consulting Engineers (Grenada) – Glean’s Engineering
Glean’s Engineering are the lead consulting engineers for Simply Caribbean and are Grenada’s leading structural engineering firm, consulting on many prestigious projects within the tri-island state.

Moodia are one of the new breed of young dynamic professional webdesign teams. They worked closely with Simply Caribbean to develop the brand and the fresh look and feel of the website.

Sir Daniel C. Williams, the present Governor General of Grenada, established these Chambers over 25 years ago. Sir Daniel is not currently involved in active practice but the Chambers continues to be successfully run by his daughter Daniella Williams – a member of the International Bar Association and the Grenada Bar Association.
