The Cherry Hill development is hidden away within the prestigious Craigston Estate. An established residential estate – part of a former lime plantation, the area has already attracted several discerning homeowners and a number of higher end villas already exist. Cherry Hill, although an integral part of the Craigston Estate has been left largely undeveloped and has thus retained its natural feel.

The site is located on the slopes of a wooded hill and overlooks Hillsborough Bay and the outlying cays on the western side of the island, including, Two Sisters, Mabouya, Sandy Island, and Jack-Adan.

Cherry Hill, as a hillside residence (over 300 feet above sea level), offers cooling breezes and a stunning panorama. It also has the added advantage of being only a short distance from the nearest beach. On an island measuring just 7 miles in length and 2.5 miles at its widest point, you are never far from the many beautiful beaches Carriacou has to offer.

The Cherry Hill development consists of only three villas - Dandakaio, Jacaranda, and Banyan - each within its own half-acre plot.

Dandakaio, our 3 bedroom show home, is available for viewing from November 2004. Dandakaio affords both sweeping views of a naturally forested valley to the south west and views out to Hillsborough Bay and outlying islands to the west.

Jacaranda, (also a 3 bedroom villa), is positioned below and to the west of Dandakaio. The aspect is to the west with the same outstanding views out to sea. Jacaranda will be barely visible (if at all) from Dandakaio.

Banyan can be either the 2 or 3 bedroom design, facing west with similar views as Jacaranda.

Each villa is carefully positioned to ensure views are maximized and none of the neighboring villas will affect the others' enjoyment of the stunning panorama.
