Architectural Change
The villa’s have been designed to accommodate floor plan / lay out changes to suit your specific needs. Working with Charles Knowles Design, Simply Caribbean can offer you an architectural change service, enabling you to make “personal” architectural changes to your chosen villa. All changes will be designed by Charles Knowles.

Interior Design
Working with an interior designer, Simply Caribbean can offer you a design service from just one room to the complete villa to further personalise your home.

Furnishing
Your villa can be fully or partly furnished with bespoke, locally crafted furniture using tropical hardwoods. A wide selection of furniture, including four-poster beds, dining tables, chairs and vanity units can be viewed at our show home, Dandakaio, in Cherry Hill.

Landscaping
Simply Caribbean works closely with a number of plant nurseries and landscape consultants in Grenada. A basic landscaping package is offered as standard, however a more extensive landscaping service can also be offered.

Pricing for all these value added services will be based on your specific requirements.

Villa Rental and Management (Simply Caribbean Villa Rentals)
A villa rental and management service is offered when you are “off island” for extended periods.

Management services include:

Marketing and advertising the villa over the internet and in other appropriate media (in co-operation with other partner organisations).

Management of rentals (making bookings, taking deposits and payment, meeting and greeting, check-in, check-out and accounts management).
